Exciting News: Spring & Fall 2025 Registration Is Now Open!
We’re thrilled to announce that registration for Spring & Fall 2025 has been expanded to include rising students from 2nd to 8th grade, providing even more opportunities for young athletes to join our program!

Spring 2025 Season

• Dates: May 5 - 17, 2025
• Cost: FREE for all grades (2nd–8th)
• Details:
  • A short season with 2 weeks of practice, concluding with a scrimmage game.
  • Players will be issued equipment and uniforms.
  • Each participant will receive a Jr. Cougar Football t-shirt.
  • Perfect for newcomers to tackle football to gain experience and confidence!

    

Fall 2025 Season

• Season Dates: July 2025 – November 2025
• Who Can Register: Rising 2nd–8th graders.

Elementary Registration (Grades 2nd–5th)

• Fee: $700.00/player
  • Includes a $150 volunteer fee and a $125 fundraising fee, both credited back upon fulfilling commitments. Families can opt out by paying these fees upfront.

Middle School Registration (Grades 6th–8th)

• Fee: $750.00/player
  • Includes the same $150 volunteer fee and $125 fundraising fee, with credit options available as noted above.

    

Discounts & Payment Options

We’ve made exciting updates to make participation even more accessible!

1. Early Registration Discount:
   • Register during March 2025 and submit a small deposit to secure your spot.
   • Receive an automatic $50 discount per player.

1. Multi-Player Discount:
   • Families registering multiple players receive $50 off per sibling.

1. Referral Discount:
   • Refer a new family, and both the referring family and the new family will receive a $50 discount.

1. Payment Plans:
   • $200/month, with full payment due by August 31, 2025, to ensure seamless participation.

     

Board Volunteer & Sponsorship Credits

We value community involvement and offer several opportunities to reduce fees:

• Board Director Volunteer Credits: Earn up to $200/player or $300 for multi-player families.
• Sponsorship & Fundraising Credits:
  • Up to $700 for elementary players.
  • Up to $750 for middle school players.

* Volunteer and sponsorship credit codes will be applied only after the fulfillment of the agreed-upon commitments.   

Required Paperwork

All documents must be submitted by the first Fall practice or no later than the Kickoff Classic for late registrants. Blank forms are available under the Important Documents tab.

• Proof of Age (Birth Certificate or Passport)
• Proof of Residency (Utility Bill)
• Completed Physical (valid through the end of 2025)
• GMSAA Waivers: Covid, Concussion, and Participant

Returning players from the 2024 season (rising 7th/8th graders) only need updated Proof of Residency and a new Physical Evaluation.
